Effective as of January 1, 2025, these Terms of Service govern your access to and use of professional development seminars, digital resources and physical items offered by Marenvale at marenvalpro.pro.

1. Overview

Marenvale provides professional development course offerings designed for individual and corporate growth. All participation, purchases and interactions must comply with these Terms.

2. Service Categories

2.1 Professional Development Seminars

Live or recorded instructional sessions covering various industry topics. Registration secures your seat and any preparation materials.

2.2 Digital Resources

Downloadable content such as e-manuals, slide decks and video tutorials accessed online or via provided links.

2.3 Merchandise

Physical items including books, branded materials and learning aids shipped to your address.

3. Refund and Transfer Policy

3.1 Seminars

Full compensation is available if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. You may also transfer your registration to an alternative session without extra charge. After a seminar commences, no compensation is provided as seats and materials are reserved in advance.

3.2 Digital Resources

Requests for a full compensation must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the content. Once access exceeds this threshold, no compensation or transfers are permitted.

3.3 Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please ship back the item within 30 days. Upon receipt and inspection, a credit will be issued to your original method of purchase within 14 days. Buyers cover shipping costs unless the issue is due to a production error.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, such as personalized coaching or mentorship programs, are non-refundable due to allocation of dedicated resources and planning efforts. These conditions are communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Payment and Fees

Payments are processed through secure channels. All fees are specified during the checkout process. Any additional charges, such as shipping or handling, will be clearly indicated before confirmation.
